In our project, we have promoted some activities for capability empowerment of “Living with Disaster” since 2011 Japan disaster. In this symposium, we reports “Bosai-Techo (a family pocketbook for disaster reduction)” and “SENDAI CAMP (a training program for life in disaster), and present a panel discussion regarding “For empowerment “Zest for Living in Disasters”
